are part of the product. They contain important information

The Bluetooth® Selfie Stick is a consumer electronic device

and is intended for taking self-portraits with connection to a

Bluetooth® capable camera or Smartphone.

The Bluetooth® Selfie Stick should only be used as a

according to its intended use. It is intended for private use

only, not for commercial use.

Use the Bluetooth® Selfie Stick only as described in this

instruction manual. Any other use is against the intended

purpose and may lead to damage or loss of data.

The manufacturer or distributor accepts no liability for any

damages as a result of non-compliance with the intended

Käytä Bluetooth®-selfiekeppiä vain tässä käyttöohjeessa

kuvatulla tavalla. Kaikki muu käyttö on tarkoituksenvastaista ja

by the user.

m DANGER – The device has a built-in rechargeable

lithium polymer battery. Improper handling of lithium

polymer batteries c an result in fire, explosions, hazardous

substances leaking, or other dangerous situations!

 Avoid using the device and battery under adverse

environmental condition (e.g. above radiators / in direct

sunlight) and extreme temperature fluctuation which could

result in condensation and electrical short circuits.

 Repairs to the device must be performed by authorized

specialized companies or customer service. Improper

repairs may result in considerable danger to the user.

They will also void the warranty.

m DANGER – Keep electrical devices away from children.

Persons with reduced physical, sensory and mental

capabilities should not use electrical devices, unless they

are instructed and supervised by a competent person.

This device is not a toy.

 If you detect smoke, abnormal noises or smells, immediately

switch the device off and disconnect the USB cable.

m DANGER – Do not throw the device into fire and

do not expose to high temperatures.

 Chemicals leaking from a lithium polymer battery can

irritate the skin. Rinse with plenty of water in the event of

contact with the skin. If the chemicals come into contact

with the eyes, always rinse with plenty of water, do

not rub, and seek immediate medical attention. Take

particular care when handling damaged or leaking

batteries. Risk of injury! Wear gloves.

§ Charging

 Switch off the device before charging.

 Connect the USB cable

 Connect the USB cable to your computer or other USB

device / 5 V USB charger (such as smartphone charger).

 The LED indicator

lights up red.

 In approx. 1 hour, you should have a full battery charge

and the LED indicator will turn off. The full battery will last

approx. 100 hours in standby mode.

 Note: The device will automatically enter standby mode

when you are not using it.

 Note: The USB equipment is not suitable for data

transfers.

§ Operation

1. Set the ON/OFF switch

2. Enable Bluetooth® on your smartphone and scan for

“HG00552”.

3. Select the entry “HG00552” from the list found by your

smartphone. After successful connection, the blue LED will

switch off.

Note: Please refer to the operating instructions from

the manufacturer of your smartphone for a detailed

description.

§ Connecting with a new

Bluetooth® device

 The device only provide connection to a Bluetooth®

device. To connect the selfie stick with another Bluetooth®

device, follow the following instructions.

 Disconnect your smartphone by switching off the

Bluetooth® function of the already connected

smartphone.

 Make sure the LED indicator

of the device is flashing

blue. If not, reset the device by sliding the ON/OFF

switch to the OFF position and then to the ON position

again.

 Follow steps 2 of 3 of the “Operation” section to re-pair

or pairing new devices.

§ Cleaning

ATTENTION

Potential damage to the device

Moisture entering the device may result in damage.

 Ensure no moisture enters the device during cleaning to

prevent damaging the device beyond repair.

 Do not use corrosive or scouring cleaners or cleaners

containing solvents. These can damage the surface of the

device.

 Only clean the device with a slightly damp cloth and mild

washing-up liquid.

§ Storage

 Store the device in a dry location from dust, protected

from direct sunlight.

 The rechargeable battery has to be charged periodically.

§ Troubleshooting

 No function: The battery is discharged, please recharge it

 No function despite fully charged battery: The device

must be paired to your Smartphone once again

 Electrostatic discharges can lead to malfunctions. In cases

of the device failing to work, switch off the device for a

short while and then switch it on again.

§ Disposal

Disposing of the device

The adjacent symbol of a crossed out dustbin on

wheels indicates this device is subject to Directive

2012 / 19 / EU. This directive states at the end of

the life this device must not be disposed of through

regular household refuse but must be returned to special

collection sites, recycling depots or waste management

companies.

The built-in battery cannot be removed for disposal.

This disposal is free of charge to you. Protect the

environment and dispose properly.

Please contact your local waste management company or the

city / municipal administration for more information.

Disposing of the packaging

The packaging protects the device from transport damage.

The packaging materials were selected based on eco-friendly

and waste management aspects and are therefore recyclable.

Returning the packaging to the material flow

reduces the use of raw materials and waste.

Dispose of packaging materials which are no

longer needed according to applicable local

ordinances.

The device has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines

and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of

product defects you have legal rights against the retailer of

this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by

our warranty detailed below.

The warranty for this device is 3 years from the date of

purchase. Should this device show any fault in materials or

manufacture within three years from the date of purchase, we

will repair or replace it - at our choice - free of charge to you.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location. This

document is required as your proof of purchase. This warranty

becomes void if the device has been damaged or improperly

used or maintained.

The warranty applies to faults in material or manufacture. This

warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear,

thus possibly considered consumables (e.g. batteries) or for

damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries

or glass parts.

§ Käyttö

§ Yhdistäminen toiseen Bluetooth®-

laitteeseen

 Laite voidaan yhdistää vain Bluetooth®-laitteeseen.

Yhdistä selfiekeppi toiseen Bluetooth®-laitteeseen

seuraavien ohjeiden mukaisesti:

 Katkaise älypuhelimen yhteys kytkemällä Bluetooth®-

toiminto pois päältä.

 Tarkista, että laitteen LED-merkkivalo

vilkkuu sinisenä.

Jos näin ei ole, palauta laite alkutilaan asettamalla ON-/

OFF-kytkin ensin OFF-asentoon ja sitten takaisin ON-

asentoon.

 Laiteparien uudelleen muodostaminen tai uusien parien

muodostaminen tehdään Käyttö-kappaleen kohtien 2-3

mukaisesti.

§ Puhdistus

HUOMIO

Laitteen mahdollinen vaurioituminen

Sisään tunkeutuva kosteus voi vaurioittaa laitetta.

 Varmista, että laitteen sisään ei pääse kosteutta

puhdistettaessa, jotta laite ei vaurioidu

korjauskelvottomaksi.

 Älä käytä syövyttäviä, hankaavia tai liuotinainepitoisia

puhdistusaineita. Ne voivat vahingoittaa laitteen pinnan.

 Puhdista laite vain hieman kostutetulla liinalla ja miedolla

pesuaineella.

§ Säilytys

 Säilytä laitetta kuivassa ja pölyttömässä paikassa suoralta

auringonvalolta suojattuna.

 Akku täytyy ladata säännöllisesti.

§ Vianmääritys

 Laite ei toimi: Akku on tyhjä, lataa se uudelleen.

 Laite ei toimi, vaikka akku on täyteenladattu: Laite täytyy

yhdistää uudelleen älypuhelimeen.

 Sähköstaattiset purkautumiset voivat johtaa

toimintahäiriöihin. Jos laite ei toimi, kytke se pois päältä

lyhyeksi aikaa ja sitten takaisin päälle.

§ Hävittäminen

Laitteen hävittäminen

Viereinen symboli, joka esittää yliruksattua

jäteastiaa, tarkoittaa, että laite täytyy hävittää

direktiivin 2012/19/EU mukaisesti. Direktiivissä

määrätään, että elinkaaren pään saavuttanutta

laitetta ei saa hävittää talousjätteen mukana, vaan se täytyy

viedä erityisiin keräys- tai kierrätyspisteisiin tai antaa

jätehuoltoliikkeiden hävitettäväksi.

Kiinteää akkua ei voida poistaa laitteesta.

Tämä hävitystapa on maksuton. Suojele

ympäristöä hävittämällä määräysten mukaisesti.

§ Takuu
