This accessory is suitable for the food processor MUM5... .

Follow the operating instructions for the food processor MUM5… .

This accessory is suitable for pressing the juice out of citrus fruits,

e.g. oranges, grapefruits, lemons.

It must not be used for processing other objects or substances.

 Safety instructions for this appliance

Use the citrus press in the specified operating position only.

The citrus press must be completely assembled before use.

Do not attach/remove the citrus press until the drive is at a standstill.

z Thoroughly clean the citrus press before

using for the first time, see “Cleaning and

care”.

Citrus press functions only when the mixing

bowl is inserted.

z Press the release button and move

the swivel arm to position 3.

z Remove drive cover from the drive

of the citrus press (Fig. 5a).

z Insert strainer in the bowl.

z Place citrus press on the base unit and turn

all the way in a clockwise direction.

z Insert the mains plug.

z Set rotary switch to setting 3–5 (2–3).

z Press fruit on the pressing cone.

Note maximum filling quantity of the

bowl – mark on the bowl (Fig. )!

After using the appliance

z Switch off the appliance with the rotary

switch.

z Rotate the citrus press in an anti-clockwise

direction and remove.

z Clean the citrus press.

Do not wedge plastic parts in the dishwasher

as they could warp.

Important information

In these operating instructions the recommen-

ded reference values for the operating speed

refer to appliances with a 7-setting rotary

switch. For appliances with a 4-setting rotary

switch you can find the values in brackets after

the values for a 7-setting rotary switch.
