Preparation:

Cut the panini bread lengthwise in two. Put

the raw ham onto one half, and add the

thinly sliced mozzarella on top. Season

with salt and pepper. Put the other half of

the bread on top and toast as described

above. Once toasting is complete, open

the sandwich, add two slices of tomato and

some rucola on the lower half of the panini

and close it again.
