Open the box and carefully remove

the device. Make sure that the product

kit is complete and none of its

components is damaged. Check that

the plastic parts are intact. If any part is

damaged or missing, contact the dealer

and do not use the product. Keep the

package or recycle it in accordance

with theapplicable regulations.

Attention! For the sake of children’s

safety, do not leave any packaging

parts accessible and unattended

(plastic bags, cardboard boxes,

Styrofoam etc.). Risk of suffocation!

7.1 Installing / replacing the battery

1. Ensure that the device is turned off.

2. Rotate the battery compartment

cover, as shown in the illustration

below.

3. Remove the battery compartment

cover.

4. Remove the old battery (if present).

5. Insert a new AAA 1.5 V battery,

observing the polarity marks in the

lower part of the compartment.

6. Replace the cover and tighten it, as

shown in the illustration below.

Caution!

• The device is designed to be used

with AAA 1.5 V batteries

.

• The batteries are included.

• When replacing batteries,

observe the polarity marked on

the top of the battery

compartment cover.

• Use only the recommended

batteries (1,5 V, AAA

)

.

• Do not dispose of old batteries with

domestic waste. Discard them in

a dedicated bin available at many

stores.

• Never re-charge single-use

(non-rechargeable) batteries.

• Do not short-circuit the battery

terminals or contacts.

• Never combine old batteries

with new ones.

• Do not expose batteries to heat

(direct sunshine, heaters, re

etc.).

• Risk of explosion! Never

disassemble or short-circuit

batteries or throw them into

ame.

• Always remove the batteries before

prolonged storage of the device

to prevent damage from possible

electrolyte leak.

• Remove spent batteries from the

device without delay.

• Spent batteries can leak, which can

damage the product.

• After exposure of hands to leaked

electrolyte, immediately wash the

hands under running water. In the

event that battery acid comes into

contact with eyes, immediately seek

medical attention. The acid can

irritate or burn eyes.

• Swallowing a battery can be

fatal! Keep batteries out of

the reach of children and

pets. If you suspect your child or pet

has swallowed a battery, seek

medical attention immediately.

7.2 Installing / replacing the head

1. Ensure that the device is

turned off.

2. Detach the head by rotating

it clockwise.

3. Install the new head.

Caution!

You should feel the “click” at the end of

tightening.

Use only original heads to avoid

damaging the toothbrush. The set

contains 3 heads in total.

7.3 Brushing

• Wet the toothbrush head.

• Apply some toothpaste to the wet

brush.

• To avoid splashing toothpaste

around, insert the brush in your

mouth before turning it on.

• Turn the device on by pressing

the On/Off button. The brush will

vibrate.

• Start by brushing the outside

surfaces of the teeth. Press the

brush head slightly against the

gums and brush the teeth starting

from the gums.

• Brush all teeth one after another,

starting from the gum.

• Switch to the inner side and

repeat these steps.

• Then brush the backs of your

molars carefully.

• Once you are nished brushing,

turn off the device with the On/Off

button. The brush will turn off.

• After you have completed

brushing the teeth, rinse the head

under running water and dry it.

Notes:

The recommended length of use of the

electric toothbrush is 3 minutes.

At rst, your gums may bleed slightly as a

result of the new type of irritation. This is

normal. However, if this condition persists

for more than one week, consult your

dentist.

General rules

Correct and regular cleaning will

improve the safety and extend the

lifespan of the product.

Warning! Turn the device off and leave

it to cool down before cleaning to avoid

electric shock or burn.

Caution! Do not use any strong chemical,

alkaline, abrasive or disinfecting agents

to clean the device as they could

damage its surface.

• Clean the toothbrush head thoroughly

after brushing by rinsing it under

running water.

• For the sake of hygiene, it is

recommended that the brush head be

changed every 3 months.

The device does not contain any user-

serviceable parts.

Do not attempt to make any repairs. Just

call the Service.

Clean the device according to the

instructions.

Keep the device in a dry and well-ventilated

place inaccessible to children.

Protect the device against vibration and

shocks during transportation.

Keep the packaging materials out of

children’s reach, as the materials can pose

a hazard.

The packaging should be disposed of in

accordance with local regulations.

Correct disposal of the device:

1. According to the WEEE

Directive 2012/19/EU, the

crossed-out wheelie bin

symbol is used to label all

electric and electronic devices

requiring segregation.

2. Do not dispose of the spent

product with domestic waste:

hand it over to an electric and

electronic device collection and

recycling centre.

3. Hazardous components

in electronic and electrical

equipment have a negative

impact on the environment and

human health.

4. Plastics contained in the device

can be recycled in accordance

with the specic marking. By

recycling materials and spent

equipment you will help to

protect the environment.

5. Information on electric and

electronic devices collection

centres is available from local

government agencies or from

the vendor.

6. Worn out and dead

batteries must be

discarded in specially

marked containers, delivered to

special waste collection points

or to electronic equipment

vendors.

The device has been designed,

manufactured and marketed in compliance

with the EMC Directive. Therefore, the

product bears the “CE” mark and has a

declaration of conformity, which is available

to market supervision agencies for

inspection.
