(This manual applies to different models and color versions of the product)

1. INTENDED PURPOSE

A luggage scale with an LCD display, a maximum weight capacity of 40 kg, a precision accuracy of 100 g and an

automatic off switch.

This luggage scale is ideal for travel and more! It is small, lightweight and accurate.

The device is intended for indoor use only; it may not be used for commercial purposes.

Following the instructions will ensure the safe installation and operation of the device.

3. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Read the entire manual before using the device.

2. The device is intended for private indoor use only.

3. Do not use the device for any purpose other than its intended use.

4. Do not use electronic devices while taking a bath or a shower.

6. Remove the batteries if the device is not going to be used for a longer period of time and prior to cleaning the

device.

7. Do not use the luggage scale to weigh animals.

8. Do not place the luggage scale on a wet surface.

9. Do not drop or hit the scale.

10. Heat and humidity shorten the lifespan of the luggage scale.

11. Do not clean the device with corrosive cleaning agents.

12. Protect the inside of the device against the ingress of water and other liquids.

13. The device is not a toy.

14. Children may not play with the device.

15. Keep the user manual and, if possible, the packaging.

Caution! For safety, keep the packaging parts (plastic bags, cardboard boxes, Styrofoam etc.) out of

the reach of children. Risk of suffocation!

Open the packaging and carefully take out the device. Ensure that the set is complete and none of its contents are

damaged. Check that the plastic parts are not broken. If any part is damaged or missing, contact the dealer and do

not use the product. Keep the packaging or recycle it in accordance with the local regulations.

6. SET CONTENTS

Warning! A new device comes with a battery inserted into the battery compartment and protected with an insulation

strip. Remove the strip before using the device for the rst time.

7.1 Inserting / replacing the battery

1. Make sure the luggage scale is switched off.

2. Pull the end of the battery compartment cover upwards and remove it.

3. Remove the spent battery (if applicable).

4. Insert a new battery (CR2032 3 V ), observing the polarity signs.

5. Close the battery compartment cover.

Cauon!

• The device is designed to be used with CR2032 3 V baery.

• The baery is included in the set.

• Observe the polarity (+/-) markings on the baery compartment when inserng a new baery.

• Use the same type of baeries as recommended for this device: CR2032 3 V .

• Do not throw spent baeries in a rubbish bin, but instead, use special containers for spent baeries.

• Do not try to charge non-rechargeable baeries.

• Do not short-circuit the baery terminals.

• Never directly expose the baeries to heat sources such as excessive sunlight, heaters or open re.

• Risk of explosion! Never disassemble, short-circuit or throw baeries into the re.

• Keep baeries away from children and pets.

• Swallowing a baery can be fatal! If a baery is swallowed, immediately seek medical assistance.

• Never use spent baeries in combinaon with new ones.

• Do not throw baeries into the re, as they might explode.

• Never immerse the baery in water.

• Warning! To ensure adequate safety measures and operang condions, the baery should be installed by adults only.

• Remove the baeries if the device is not going to be used for any length of me. Doing so will prevent damage to the

device resulng from an electrolyte leak.

• Remove spent baeries from the device immediately.

• Electrolyte may leak out of spent baeries causing damage to the device.

• If any acid from the baery comes into contact with your hands, rinse them under running water. If any gets into your

eyes, contact a doctor. The acid contained in the baery may cause irritaon or burns.

• Swallowing a baery may have fatal consequences! Keep baeries away from children and pets. Seek medical

assistance immediately if a baery is swallowed.

7.2 Weighing

1. Use the belt to secure the luggage scale to a suitcase, bag or backpack.

2. Turn on the device by pressing the on/off switch. The display will light up.

3. After the display is on, use the on/off switch to select the required weight unit (as indicated on the upper right

corner of the display): kg (kilograms) or lb (pounds).

4. While holding the device attached to the luggage, lift it up and wait until the “Hold” message appears on the

display, indicating the end of the weighing process.

5. Read the weight on the display and put the luggage back on the ground. To turn the device off, press and hold

the on/off switch for 3 seconds or wait for the device to turn itself off.
