Correct disposal of the device:
1. According to the WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU), the crossed-
out wheelie bin symbol (shown on the side) is used to label
all electric and electronic devices requiring segregation.
2. Do not dispose of the spent product with domestic waste: turn it
over to an electric and electronic devices collection and recycling
centre. The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol placed on the product,
instruction manual or package communicates this requirement.
3. The plastics contained in the device can be recycled in accordance
with the specic marking. Thanks to recycling, re-use of materials
or other forms of utilizing used equipment you make a signicant
contribution to the protection of our natural environment.

The device is intended for weighing food products used for the prepa-
ration of meals.
The device is intended for private use indoors only. It must not be used
for professional purposes.
The scale is not suitable for weighing people or items heavier than
5000 g (5 kg).
Following the instructions in this manual will ensure safe installation

Open the packaging and carefully take out the device. Inspect the set for
completeness and any damage. Check that the plastic parts are not bro-
ken. If any parts are damaged or missing, contact the dealer and do not
use the device. Retain the packaging or dispose of it in accordance with
local regulations.
Caution! For the sake of children’s safety, do not leave any
packaging materials accessible and unattended (plastic
bags, cardboard boxes, Styrofoam etc.). Risk of suffoca-
tion!
7.1 Inserting and changing batteries
1. Make sure the scale is switched off.
2. Slide and pry open the battery compartment cover.
3. Remove the spent batteries (if present).
4. Insert new 3V CR2032 battery, paying attention to the polarity
symbols in the battery compartment.
5. Close the battery compartment cover.
Uwaga!
• The device is designed to be used with one battery, type 3V
CR2032.
• The battery is included in the kit.
• When replacing batteries, observe the polarity marked inside
the battery compartment.
• Use the type of battery recommended for this device: 3V CR2032.
• Do not put used batteries in a rubbish bin, but in special containers
for used batteries.
• Do not recharge batteries not designed for that purpose
(non-rechargeable batteries).
• Do not short-circuit the terminals.
• Never expose batteries to direct heat sources, such as
excessive sun light, heaters or re.
• Risk of explosion! Never disassemble or short-circuit
batteries or throw them into re.
• Always remove the batteries before prolonged
storage of the device to prevent damage from possible electrolyte
leak.
• Remove spent batteries from the device immediately.
• Spent batteries may leak, which may damage the device.
• If you touch acid from a battery, rinse your hands under running
water. If any acid gets into your eyes, contact a doctor. The acid
contained in the battery may cause irritation or burns.
• Swallowing a battery may have fatal consequences! Keep
batteries away from children and pets. Seek medical
assistance immediately if a battery is swallowed.
7.2 Weighing
• Place the scale on a level, stable and dry surface. In order to ensure a
correct reading, do not place the scale on a towel or any cloth.
• Press the ON/OFF/TARE button to turn on the scale. After 2 seconds,
the display will show “0”.
• You may start weighing.
7. USE
• Before you read the result, wait until the triangle icon is shown on the
display. It means the measurement is nished.
• The current unit of the weight reading is shown on the display. When
you change the unit, the unit indicated on the display will change.
• To switch off the scale, press the ON/OFF/TARE button and hold it
for 3 seconds.
• The scale will turn off automatically if idle for approximately 120
seconds.
NOTE: The weighing arms can be folded out. Remember that the
weighed item should be evenly distributed on the arms of the scale.
7.3 Changing the weight units
After switching on the scale, you can change the weight unit using the
MODE button – g, lb:oz, ml, cup. Each subsequent press changes the
unit in the following sequence:
Weight: g
Weight: lb:oz
Water: ml
Water: cup
Milk: ml
Milk: cup
7.4 Resetting
After the scale is turned on, it resets automatically regardless of the
items placed on it. This function may be used for taring when starting
up the scale.
7.5 Taring
After turning the scale on, you can use the taring function to obtain the
weight of your product without its packaging. In order to do this, weigh
an empty package (e.g. a jar), press the ON/OFF/TARE button, wait
until the displays shows 0, then weigh your product together with the
package (e.g. a jar with grain inside).
7.6 Indicators on the display

Displayed when the maximum capacity is
exceeded, i.e. slightly above 5 kg (5000 g),
precisely when 5199 g is exceeded.
Lo
Displayed when the batteries are low.
Replace the batteries immediately.

1. The Warrantor of this product grants a 36-month warranty valid from
the date of purchase. If any defect is found, a complaint about the
product should be lodged at the point of purchase.
2. A defective/damaged product is a product failing to provide the
features described in the user’s manual due to intrinsic properties
of the device.
3. The Beneciary under the warranty shall deliver the device to
the Customer Service Point at a given store in order to submit a
complaint about the equipment. When asserting your rights under
warranty, you need to present proof of purchase (receipt, invoice)
together with a description of the device defect in as much detail as
possible, in particular of the external manifestations of the defect.
4. The warranty excludes products with physical damage other than
that caused by the manufacturer or distributor, including specically
any damage resulting from incorrect usage or force majeure.
5. The warranty does not cover products from which the tamper-proof
seal has been removed and products to which repairs, alterations or
structural modications have been made or attempted.
6. The warranty does not cover components subject to natural wear
