• Keep the packaging materialout of the reach of children duetothe risk

of suffocation.

• Dispose of packaging material immediately according to locally

applicable regulations.

• Do not modify the device in any way.Doing so voids thewarranty.

Warning –Intense sunlight

• Never use the binoculars to look directly intothe sunortoward

other intense light sources. Forcertain focussettings, binocularscan

act as aburning glass. This can cause permanent damage to the

eyes, includingblindness.

• Never leave thebinoculars exposed to sunlight. A re hazardcan

result from the burning glass effect described above.

4. Use

• First set the two eyepieces of the binoculars to match thedistance

between your eyes (Pic. A) by rotating the eyepieces as shown in the

drawing. When the distance betweenthe eyes is set correctly,the

observedobject will be visible within astable, circular eld (Pic. B).

• Focus the overallimage using the middle actuator (Pic. C).

• If the image stillappears blurry and this cannot be rectied with the

middle actuator,use the dioptreattached to theone of the eyepieces.

The dioptreisused to correct for nearsightednessorfarsightedness.

• Close the eye which is not looking through the dioptreeyepiece.

• Correct any remaining blurriness using the middle actuator.

Note –Eyecups

The eyecups aredesigned for people who wear glasses and can be folded

down. This improves focusing and viewing and increases the eld of view.
