Introduction

We congratulate you on the purchase of your new

product. You have chosen a high quality product.

Familiarise yourself with the product before using it

for the ﬁrst time. In addition, please carefully refer

to the operating instructions and the safety advice

below. Only use the product as instructed and only

for the indicated ﬁeld of application. Keep these

instructions in a safe place. If you pass the product

on to anyone else, please ensure that you also

pass on all the documentation with it.

Proper use

The product is for heating foodstuﬀ on gas, electric,

ceramic, halogen and induction hobs. The product

is for private use only.

Safety advice

KEEP ALL THE SAFETY ADVICE AND INSTRUC-

TIONS IN A SAFE PLACE FOR FUTURE REFER-

ENCE!

DANGER OF INJURY!

Please note that the handles may

become hot during cooking. For your

safety, use a potholder or barbecue

gloves.

Do not use the lid if the knob / handle is loose.

Retighten the screw joint of knob/handle if it

loose.

Never use the wok if the handles are loose.

DANGER OF DAMAGE TO

PROPERTY!

Product in which fat is being heated up must

never be left unattended. Fat can very quickly

overheat and ignite. Never try to extinguish a

fat ﬁre with water. Cover the ﬂames with a

pot / pan lid or a thick cloth.

Use heat resistant plastic or wooden kitchen

utensils in order not to damage the non-stick

coating. Do not cut food directly in the product.

Do not place meat which is still dripping with

liquid into hot fat. The fat splattering out on to

a hot hob could easily cause a ﬁre.

Save energy! To avoid heat loss, choose a

hotplate with a diameter that matches the

diameter of the product.

Eﬀective bottom diameter: approx. 17.5 cm

The wok heat resistant up to 250 °C for 1 hour.

Glass lid heat resistant up to 180 °C for 1 hour.

High temperatures may discolour the exterior

of the product. This does not indicate faulty

material, nor does it impair the product’s qual-

ity or function.

Never hold the hot product under cold running

water. The underside of the product may be

damaged or fall oﬀ.

This product is suitable for dishwasher.

Frequently cleaning of the product with harsh

cleaners may damage it and can cause discol-

oration.

ATTENTION! The glass lid is fragile / not

impact-resistant!

For washing the product by hand, use hot

water with a little ordinary washing-up liquid.

Avoid using sharp or pointed objects for this in

order not to damage the coating.

Do not slide the product on the glass ceramic

and halogen hobs to avoid scratches.

Note for induction hobs

Note: A noise may occur under certain condi-

tions, resulting from the electromagnetic prop-

erties of the heat source and the product.

This is totally normal and does not imply that

your induction hob or your cookware is dam-

aged.

Place the product in the middle of the induction

hotplate.

CAUTION! High heating-up rate! Do not

overheat cookware when preheating.

The room must be aired out well, in the event

cookware overheat.
